A few years ago, I hit a breaking point.

I was constantly worn down—one illness after another—and the medications meant to help often made me feel worse. At the same time, I was watching people I love suffer too. My dad passed away after years of exposure to toxic substances, and it opened my eyes. I couldn’t ignore the patterns anymore. I knew God was nudging me toward something better.

Then one day, a friend invited me to a class on essential oils and natural wellness. I went with an open mind and an open heart, and something just clicked. I learned how everyday products in our homes could be quietly impacting our health—and more importantly, how simple it could be to start making changes. I left with a starter kit, a lot of hope, and the sense that maybe this was part of how God was answering my prayers for healing and direction.

One step at a time, I began replacing toxic items in our home with clean, plant-based alternatives. It wasn’t perfect or instant—but the difference was real.   These days, our home feels like a place of calm and health, not just survival.  We’ve had fewer sick days, more energy, and a renewed sense of peace in our routines.

Even better? What started as a personal wellness journey slowly grew into something I could share. I tell people about what’s helped me, and now that naturally supports the cost of the products we use every day—and I’m so grateful.

If you’ve been praying for clarity or simply wondering if there’s a gentler way to care for your health, I invite you to take a look. You don’t have to change everything overnight—but even a few intentional swaps can bring more peace, energy, and purpose as you begin to change how you feel, day by day.
